Welcome to 3 Rooms at Waves Edge, your ultimate beachside retreat in Blouberg Table View, Cape Town. Our establishment is nestled just 200 meters from the famous Blouberg Beach, renowned for its kite surfing and stunning views of Table Mountain. At 3 Rooms, we offer three distinct self-catering units designed to provide a serene and comfortable stay for our guests.

Set on the first floor of a charming home, each unit offers elevated views and a seamless blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal spot for both work and relaxation.

Each unit is a private, central but peaceful, homely, serene, and fully equipped one-bedroom flatlet with a private bathroom, a superb choice of accommodation for any corporate or discerning travellers, digital nomads. Situated 20km from Cape Town City Bowl and Table Mountain and 29km from the Cape Town International Airport, the units are only 200m from
the ever-popular kite-surfing beaches of Bloubergstrand. Shops are within walking distance, and laundromats, restaurants, bars, and cafes may be found.

We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests. Each unit is cleaned and sanitized after every stay, with weekly housekeeping services for longer stays. We also offer additional cleaning services upon request.

Other things to note
The units are cleaned and sanitized, with all bedding and towels changed, after every stay.
For longer stays, cleaning and sanitizing is performed once a week and bedding and towels changed.
Guests shall be notified prior to this service.
Should guests require a cleaning service outside of the scheduled service times, this can be arranged with a one- or two-days’ notice and at an additional charge. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited but guests are welcome to do so in the garden or balcony areas. Parties are not allowed.
Quiet times are between 22h00 and 07h00.

Kindly note that from time-to-time National power outages may be experienced, albeit for an hour or two during a day, but our Wi-Fi is always ON.

The three privately accessible double room units are located on the first floor of the establishment. Each unit has its own bathroom and equipped kitchenette.
The balcony, swimming pool and garden areas are shared.
Unfortunately, access to the units is not wheelchair friendly.
